For three agonizing months, my house was on the market with agent XX. There were 118 showings and two inconsequential offers. This dimal performance naturally resulted in the rejection of agent XX's request for a 30-day extension when his 3 month contract expired.

Somewhat deflated and disappointed over this misadventure I decided to seek out angelo Pucci, the man who sold me the place years aso. As always, he was charming, confident and enthusiastic when we met. He went through his salesmanship routine, raising my expectations and confidence in the process. Nevertheless, I harboured a strong dose of cynicism following my earlier experience.

Well, I expected my house to be sold in 15-30 days. Thus, it was stunning when Angelo sold my property in 4 days, before the photographer completed his job, before the brochure was issued and before it appeared on his website!

There is no question that the quick sale was due to his diligence, experience,motivation and sound business plan. His pricing, expectations and analysis of the local market were impressive. He sold my house at 98.3% of the listed price.

I bombarded him with a deluge of e-mails,requests,phone calls. angelo was unfazed by it all, handling my constant need for communication in a unhurried and cheerful manner.

All three of you helped me to figure out what I was looking for and find it in a very tough and competitive market. And while in an entry level market, it is impossible to find everything you want in a place, I think you did a great job in finding one that suits the needs and wants that were at the top of my list. I am a firm believer that what is right for one person is not necessarily right for somebody else. Never once did any of you try to suggest I take a property that I did not feel was right for me. You were right on the first day that you showed me some properties in the Brownstones when you said that I would know the right place when I walked in the door and it just felt right. The search can be a bit discouraging and frustrating, but in the end, it is worth waiting for the right property. Thanks Angelo!

This is a quick note outlining our home selling experience with Angelo Pucci.

Alice and I had finally decided to sell our first home. We were nervous and apprehensive about this decision as we didn't know the selling process and needed plenty of guidance. We were given Angelo's name from our former neighbours who were very pleased with his service when they sold their home.
